Description
- The 8" wafer butterfly valve is used for on/off control and modulating control of the flow of water, air, and oil.
- The 8" wafer butterfly valve is specifically designed to be mounted between two pipe flanges with ANSI standards.
- The valve body is made of PVC, providing outstanding corrosion resistance and lightweight durability. It features a PVC disc and a 316 stainless steel stem.
- The valve is operated by an electric actuator powered by 24V DC, which opens and closes the valve with a quarter-turn motion, ensuring fast and reliable operation. It supports both on/off control and modulating control.
- The NBR stem seals provide reliable sealing performance and resistance to oils, water, and hydraulic fluids.
- The NBR seat offers a tight seal and good wear resistance.
- The butterfly valve features a concentric design, in which the turning axis and axial alignment of the disc are both centered with the valve body, making it compact and cost-effective.
- The valve is rated ANSI Class 125, with a maximum working pressure of approximately 200 psi (at 100°F).
