Description

The butterfly valve is used for on/off control and modulating control of the flow of water, air, and oil.
The 18" wafer butterfly valve is specifically designed to be mounted between two pipe flanges with ANSI standards.
The valve body is made of stainless steel, offering greater corrosion resistance compared to traditional brass or copper valves.
The high performance butterfly valve features a triple offset design, which allows it to operate at higher pressures and temperatures than concentric designs.
The valve is operated by a double acting pneumatic actuator that uses compressed air to open and close the valve with a quarter-turn motion, ensuring fast and reliable operation.
The valve uses a metal seat made of Duplex 2507, which ensures high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
The graphite stem seals provide reliable sealing around the stem in demanding environments due to their high-temperature tolerance, chemical inertness, and excellent compressibility.
The stainless steel disc offers excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and strength.
The maximum operating pressure is 232 psi.
The butterfly valve is designed for use with water, air, oil, and fuel. Typical applications include industrial/process piping, water treatment and irrigation.
