3" ductile iron lug butterfly valve

Description

The butterfly valve is used for on/off control or modulating the flow of water, air, and oil.
The 3" lug butterfly valve is designed to be mounted between two ANSI-standard pipe flanges and is suitable for end-of-line use.
The valve body is made of ductile iron, with epoxy coating for enhanced corrosion resistance and extended service life.
The butterfly valve features a concentric design, in which the turning axis and axial alignment of the disc are both centered with the valve body, making it compact and cost-effective.
The valve can be manually operated with a lever handle, allowing simple and quick quarter-turn operation to open or close the valve.
The rubber stem seals offer low-friction sealing that ensures smooth stem rotation or movement while maintaining a tight seal.
The rubber seat ensures tight sealing, corrosion resistance, and durability.
The 316 stainless steel disc offers excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and strength.
The maximum operating pressure is 232 psi (equivalent to PN16).
